When will cuda12.1 dgl be available for windows

I looked at the wheels repo page, only to find that there was only a linux version

Next release DGL 2.0.0 will be ready this month and it supports cuda 12.1 on Windows.

cu118 and cu121 have already been supported in DGL 2.0, please have a try!
