While trying to utilize the “Weave_canonical_Lipophilicity” model, I’ve consistently encountered the following error message: “RuntimeError: mat1 and mat2 shapes cannot be multiplied (78x12 and 13x64).” It seems related to the model’s architecture and node and edge featurizers. I’m using CanonicalAtomFeaturizer and CanonicalBondFeaturizer.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice you could offer in addressing this issue. Your support would be invaluable in improving the usability of the “Weave_canonical_Lipophilicity” model for researchers like me.
Would you mind telling us where you get the code? If it’s from another GitHub repository, I guess it’s best to raise an issue in that repository.
