Support for Yelp

Hi,

Thank you for the great DGL. I found the support for Yelp dataset in the checklist of: https://github.com/dmlc/dgl/issues/450. However, I did not find any API in the official document. So I wonder if Yelp is available in the current release of DGL. Thank you.
