Latest Stable version for DGL in Pip is dgl 0.6.1

Hi Team,

Thanks for launching DGL 0.7 with more features. but currently in pip I am able to see latest stable version available is 0.6.1. Is 0.7 version still under testing. If not from where we an download the same.

Could you try pip install dgl-cu111 -f https://data.dgl.ai/wheels/repo.html? Due to larger binary size, we can no longer hold our distribution on pypi.

pls refer to Deep Graph Library to generate proper commands you needs.
