Knowledge graph construction from a single CSV

How can I create a knowledge graph from a CSV file? Where in column 1 = node type1, column 2 is the edge type 1_2 (connects node 1 and 2) , column 3 is the node type 2 and so on? Thus, all the information I need to create a knowledge graph is in a single csv. What libraries or tools can I use to create a graph?

Please provide any code if exists. Thank you for your time.
