Khop_adj matrix transposed in 1.1.0

Hi all,

I’ve noticed that the matrix resulting from g.khop_adj is currently transposed. After further search I’ve noticed the bug has recently been fixed.

I’ve got two questions:

  • Is there a planned release that will include this fix?
  • Is there any case where a transposed matrix would actually be the desired output for the function?

I guess it could be helpful when we are interested in dealing with the reverse of the original directed graph.

yes, this fix is included in imminent DGL 1.1.1.
