How to integrate DGL with ray tune? Is there any documentation?

Unfortunately we don’t have an official documentation of ray tune now, we may do further investigation for understanding and evaluation. If you have any ideas or suggestions, welcome to share with us!
Currently, according to the description of ray tune, it is applicable to pytorch model, as DGL model is also pytorch module, it may be used to DGL directly just like pytorch.
