How can I use dgl=0.4.3 with cuda 11.1?

I’m trying to run this repo(GitHub - wzxxxx/MGA: MGA),which needs dgl=0.4.3 on RTX 3090. But RTX 3090 needs cuda >=11.1. I have try to run this repo with dgl=0.6.1 but not work.
