Hi, I was wondering about the gin_supervised_infomax pretrained network from DGL-LifeSci. I was hoping the admins here might know a little about it.

on which dataset was it pretrained? ZINC? ChEMBL? something else entirely?

As described in the paper, it’s pretrained on both ZINC and ChEMBL. See section 5.1.

thanks. I was looking through some github issues the othe day and I ve seen that you also did some training of networks yourself. So i figured that it coud be the case with this on.
