Best way to fully understand how shared memory works in DGL?

Probably a long shot question. I am about to read and understand how shared memory is implemented in DGL. All I know right now is, this module is built upon dlpack project.

Haven’t start tracing the code, but would like to double check if there is any design document explaining things/ideas at high level before I start doing so? Much appreciated.
